Meet our
2025 Finalists
CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR 2025 FINALISTS
The industry's only Awards programme celebrating achievements across customer, employee, sales and marketing engagement has received a record-breaking number of entries this year — so a huge congratulations to all those who have reached finalist status.
We would like to thank every entrant, along with our expert judging panel who worked tirelessly to select the shortlist. Judges noted that this year’s entries were of the highest calibre to date, reflecting how the industry continues to evolve and raise the bar in delivering best-in-class experiences.
The 2025 winners will be revealed at our black-tie Awards Ceremony on 11th November at Old Billingsgate, London. We’re thrilled to announce that the evening will be hosted by one of the UK’s most popular comedy talents, Marcus Brigstocke.
Engage Business Media’s Managing Director, Nicholas Rust, commented:
“2025 marks a very exciting 10th year for the Engage Awards programme as we celebrate engagement across the full spectrum of customer, employee, sales and marketing. We know from our community that fantastic initiatives are being implemented across the industry, and we can’t wait to celebrate the organisations putting human experience at the heart of everything they do.”
The finalists in each category are listed below — and we wish them all the very best of luck!
